P3 Curriculum

Over the course of 12 months, P3 Participants attend monthly "Parity Talks," one-hour sessions led by a featured speaker. Our speakers are acclaimed subject matter experts in their respective fields who are eager to share their lessons and perspectives with women across the financial services industry. The content presented by our speakers via Parity Talks follows a robust curriculum spanning a wide breadth of career development topics.

P3 Participants have the option of attending Parity Talks in person, or accessing them remotely via live webcast.
