Rising Leaders Program
The Rising Leaders program was designed to address specific challenges and career development topics to help mid-career women master the skills they need to secure upper leadership roles. In addition to monthly programming, rising leaders will be expected to meet once monthly with their pod groups, a group of 6-10 women with similar professional experience, to discuss the monthly career development topic. These meetings will be facilitated by a Pod leader, a hand-selected facilitator who is an advanced leader in their field.
For mid-level women, the inflection point of women leaving the workforce is the cost-benefit of staying the course during a time when priorities & values are shifting, and skepticism over workplace opportunities continue.
This curriculum has been created to address these challenges by industry experts and with feedback from our previous cohort and Pod Leaders.
