Pod Leader Responsibilities

We will do everything we can to support you and your Pod. Please let us know if we can help at any time. You can contact your Community Manager if you have any questions or feedback.

In-Person Monthly Pod Meetings

As a Pod Leader, your primary commitment is to organize and facilitate 60-90 minute Pod meetings each month starting in February (except August & December).

Be Active Participants In The P3 Community

Specifically, this means staying up-to-date with the Parity Talks for your program level. We also encourage you to join us for live Parity Talks and networking events in your cities. If you cannot be there in person, our Talks are videoed and available on our website on demand.  This link will take you to our website.

Pod Engagement

We find high engagement begets high payoff and vice versa. If Members are not attending Pod meetings we are happy to help ferret out the reasons for low engagement and make changes to promote more involvement.  We ask that you note Member attendance in a Google sheet we will share with you monthly.  This enables us to track where engagement is low early in the process and proactively course correct quickly by contacting the Members involved. 

We have set expectations with Members that they attend all Pod meetings. Of course, unexpected professional and personal situations arise.  To honor our community guidelines - and respect Pod Leader time - we are request that all Members let Pod Leaders know in advance if they cannot attend a meeting.  The P3 team will reach out to Members who miss more than two Pod meetings to discuss whether they can fulfill their commitment to engage with the community.

While this in not optimal and should be used as an exception, there may be times you can offer Members the option to Zoom or Google Hangout into a Pod meeting.
