The Parity Professional Program (P3) is an initiative by Parity Partners, an executive search company committed to diverse work cultures and supporting historically underrepresented groups succeed in their careers.
P3 offers women the opportunity to develop robust skills through our Parity Talks curriculum and to create meaningful relationships through Parity Pod groups and community events.
We are committed to creating opportunities and providing resources to women in the highest impact industries. The P3 program is part of a larger initiative to increase diversity in the workplace and help underrepresented groups succeed in their careers.
P3 Program Overview
P3 was created to support diversity in the investment and tech industry by offering women the opportunity to develop robust skills while deepening their networks. We believe effective learning comes from consuming specific, curated educational content, and then connecting with people learning and teaching it.
P3 has three key components:
We offer monthly educational programming hosted by industry experts, to offer tangible advice to accelerate career development.
We deliver professional lectures in person and via webcast. Speakers are both East and West coast based and drawn from the VC, PE, Asset Management and Technology. Our speakers are founders, CEOs & best selling authors who have been selected as key subject matter experts on each month's topic.
Parity Pod groups are more than connections, they are chances to build genuine relationships.
Parity Pods provide P3 participants with a forum to cement their learning while building long lasting relationships with other industry professionals.
Each P3 participant joins a curated group of 4-6 women who meet monthly to reflect on that month's Parity Talk. Discussions are facilitated by Pod Leaders, senior businesswomen with at least 7 years of experience in the financial services industry.

We offer regular city-wide events in our host and hub cities, in addition to a yearly summit. This allows professionals to network, connect, and build an extended Parity community beyond their pod groups.
Parity Talks are monthly, one-hour sessions led by industry experts on a wide breadth of career development topics. Our robust curriculum delivers tangible, didactic steps for career success.
Our speakers are acclaimed subject matter experts in their respective fields who are eager to share their key insights to women across the financial services industry.
P3 Participants have the option of attending Parity Talks in person, or accessing them remotely via live webcast.
Parity Pods provide P3 Participants with a forum to cement their learnings while building long-lasting relationships. We assign every P3 Participant to a Parity Pod, a curated discussion group that is led by a senior level Pod Leader.
Each month, Parity Pods come together, either in person or remotely, to delve deeper into the content presented during that month's Parity Talk.
Our Pod Leaders are all women who have had at least 7 years of experience in financial services and are willing to offer mentorship and facilitation during parity pod meetings.
P3 Events and Summits
In addition to monthly Parity Pod meetings, P3 offers several opportunities for larger community engagement. We host quarterly meet ups in our host and hub cities to allow the national P3 to meet and engage.
