The RoleAs Project Management & Marketing Intern you will work with the director of the Parity Professional Development Program (P3).
P3 was created to generate diversity in financial services firms and the companies they invest in by offering women the opportunity to develop robust skills through our Parity Talks curriculum and create meaningful relationships through Parity Pod groups.
You will work with the program director on strategic execution and communication initiatives.
- Manage and update the company’s online social media platforms- Develop new social media campaigns- Contact and following up with program members, leaders, speakers and sponsors- Work directly with senior team members on all aspects of the business- Communicate with directly with clients in a professional manner- Administrative work, marketing management, fundraising support
Requirements- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Comfortable communicating with clients via phone or email- Great interpersonal skills- Highly organized- Ability to work both independently and as a team member
