  • Curated “pods,” led by Pod Leaders, are the heart and soul of the P3 program; these groups of 8-12 women meet once a month to deepen professional takeaways from our Parity Talks (delivered by subject matter experts) and to build long-lasting professional relationships.

Pod Leaders are exceptional senior women who serve as mentors and facilitators for other members

  • Your experience, energy, intelligence and aligned mission represent the ideal combination of attributes we look for in a Pod Leader!
