Parity’s mission is to place talented women in senior positions and to elevate our up-and-coming female leaders
Parity Partners was founded in 2016 by a group of female executives and investors who wanted to address issues of gender equality and diversity in the boardroom.
Curated “pods,” led by Pod Leaders, are the heart and soul of the P3 program; these groups of 8-12 women meet once a month to deepen professional takeaways from our Parity Talks (delivered by subject matter experts) and to build long-lasting professional relationships.
Pod Leaders are exceptional senior women who serve as mentors and facilitators for other members
- Your experience, energy, intelligence and aligned mission represent the ideal combination of attributes we look for in a Pod Leader!
Being a Pod Leader will require about 3 hours of your time per month
1 hour planning for the next Pod meeting
1 hour attending the live Parity Talk or watching the online content
1 hour hosting the Pod meeting
Pod leaders meet with their pod once a month
- We provide materials and guides; you bring your extensive knowledge and expertise as a seasoned professional. Over the course of 12 months, the participants will attend a monthly talk and meet monthly with their “pod” to take the discussion further.
Pod Leaders are asked to serve a minimum term of 10 months
This period is divided into semesters. Many pod leaders (85%) find the work so rewarding they choose to serve multiple terms.
